e-SAFETY MOBILE TRAINING

e-Safety mobile training is integrated mobile hardware and software system solution for joint electronic attendance record-keeping with self-service safety training. It´s ideal especially for temporary workplace mainly with casual and agency workers, as building sites, alongside mobile attendance terminal.

Application e-Safety training is designed to combine virtual and hardware e-Safety training kiosk. This combination enables self-service e-Safety training completion with PC or internet platform for random size of workers´ team.

e-Safety training kiosk will finalize virtual training physically with signature of the trained person on tablet and produce personalized RFID staff card for successful candidates.

With RFID card, also a sticker with QR code about completed e-Safety training will be printed. This sticker can be located visibly on worker´s RFID card or on their safety helmet. It provides fast control of safety training validity of the individual worker.

Interconnection with Electronic attendance record-keeping is implemented on the system as well.

Brief description of application software

Training selection is done automatically by user´s login. Member of staff is identified by RFID card or by staff number and they get access to the relevant training.

Training is finalized with randomly generated test. After successful completion, staff member confirms completed trainings on the signing tablet and data is stored to the company´s personnel system.

Safety training for visitors is done similarly, after successful training completion, visitors get temporary RFID card and they are allowed to enter company area.
