Self-service training and testing kiosk e-Safety training fitted with signing tablet provides compulsory safety training. Regularly trains and examines company staff or delivers one-off training for agency staff or visitors anytime.
Application e-Safety training performs safety training by specific job position of the staff and by requested level of knowledge. Staff training can be completed individually, self-servingly and anytime by actual requirements of the company.
Optionally, a control QR code with all relevant information can be printed on the sticker after successful training completion. The code fixed to the safety helmet or back side of the RFID staff card provides immediate control of the worker anytime and anywhere. Control of the QR code can be done simply via smartphone with QR code reader application.
Application e-Safety training can fulfil and register also safety training for visitors including automatic issue of the visitor´s RFID card.
Training selection is done automatically by user´s login. Member of staff is identified by RFID card or by staff number and they get access to the relevant training.
Training is finalized with randomly generated test. After successful completion, staff member confirms completed trainings on the signing tablet and data is stored to the company´s personnel system.
Safety training for visitors is done similarly, after successful training completion, visitors get temporary RFID card and they are allowed to enter company area.
