Self-service DISPATCH e-SYSTEM LKW efficiently solves time organization of lorries´ loading and unloading.
Modular solution is used not only for broad logistic areas with large number of loading ramps but also for smaller production, sales and warehouse businesses with frequent freight transport.
DISPATCH e-SYSTEM LKW is designed to provide (with help of e-kiosk and SW application) fast and self-service registration to the logistic loading and unloading system for drivers of all types of lorries. The system is connected through data network to the logistic information system where all loadings and unloadings are planned in advance for different lorry drivers. There is a large-screen display located at the lorry entry or lorry assembly point (parking lot) which functions as organised call system.
If unknown vehicles arrive into the company´s inside space, some organisations require basic training for drivers as part of internal SAFETY training. Even this requirement is very easily realized as self-service application which is part of installed e-KIOSK.
On arrival, a lorry is parked at the lorry assembly point or parking lot and driver goes to the lorry reception area where e-KIOSK with the dispatching system is located.
As part of dispatch registration, the driver enters all required information that clearly identify their vehicle and loading goods. Then the driver receives a control ticket with the number of their assigned loading ramp and expected time of loading. Organized call system displays all dispatches. The movement of lorry crossing through lorry reception can be automatically recorded by CCTV with recording of the vehicle registration number.
