Self-service reception system e-HOTEL POINT reception is booking reservation automated payment software and hardware application, which is suitable for all providers of accommodation services.
Also e-HOTEL POINT reception makes it possible to provide reception with accommodation services outside working business hours and automates whole registration process at the same time. In full use, self-service check-in and check-out of the hotel guest is possible without presence of the hotel staff.
An essential part of the e-HOTEL POINT reception is e-KIOSK. Its design finish and technical equipment meets specific needs of every customer. Reception system e-HOTEL POINT reception is interconnected with hotel reservation, access and till systems.
The e-HOTEL POINT application can be used also for payments, the kiosk accepts all types of payments – coins, banknotes and non-cash payments by cards VISA, MC/EC.
If there are programmable lockers as well, the application can dispense and collect also off-line keys.
A hotel guest uses e-HOTEL POINT reception services via e-KIOSK. After they submit reservation number or reservation QR code, they are asked to scan their identification document on e-KIOSK scanner.
After validation of their personal data, e-KIOSK will dispense room on-line RFID card or unblock a locker to which operating staff inserted key in advance (for different type of key).
If a hotel guest comes without reservation, e-KIOSK will check room availability at the accommodation facility. If there is a room available, reservation can be completed and payment processed directly on kiosk. There is similar process for guests check-out.
